I came around the corner and stumbled upon this scene (above) the other day and I was reminded of a yoga teacher once sharing with me that yoga comes from the wisdom of children and how they naturally stretch their bodies to connect to themselves, to earth to energy around them.
I'm so happy I had my phone on my hip in my utility belt to capture this moment.
